Introduction of Polypropylene Fume Hood

Cabinet: made of 8mm high quality white polypropylene(PP)sheet with excellent feature on chemical resistance.

Door: made of 15mm high quality white PP sheet. Handle and Hinge: made of high quality one-time forming PP material.

Sash: 5mm  thick, tough-end glass panel, sliding up & down by belt & special counter-balance safety device , all edges of sash is aerodynamic.

Worktop: it’s made up of solid 15mm PP worktop. With storage cabinet.

Face velocity is 0.5 m3/sec. minimum, when sash is opened at safe height.

Designed and manufactured as per ASHRAE110-2016.

Having the following service :

1 flourescent light built into 1 separate space.  
1 No. remotecold water valve and outlet.
1 No. remote gas valve and outlet with safety function.     
4 No. 10 Amp, 220V elect universal or UK/EU socket.  
1 No LCD monitor which  controls power, light, etc, or specified  intelligent  controller showing face velocity and alarming having unproper airflow in working chamber.
With a small centrifugation fan and flexible pipe.
